Katherine M. Parrish (Katy) is a Principal and an owner of Precipio Wealth Management LLC, which she co-founded in 2009. Katy manages the financial planning department at Precipio. She is a member of the Investment Committee and Chief Compliance Officer.

Professional Background

Katy has 30 years of experience in financial services and public economics and analysis. Prior to Precipio, she worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, the Institutional Bond Department at Kidder Peabody & Co., and a Technical Analyst in the Managed Solutions Group at PaineWebber / UBS. Earlier, Katy held positions as a Financial Economist and as a Budget Analyst in the Office of Management & Budget (OMB) in the Executive Office of the President for Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and William J. Clinton.

Education and Certifications

Katy is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree. She holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst^® (CIMA^®) designation, earned in conjunction with the Investments & Wealth Institute and The Wharton School program at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Katy holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary^® (AIF^®) designation of the Center for Fiduciary Studies, FI360.
